what is the best postpartum diet to lose weight and still be able to breast feed?
also, who has used a postpartum girdle and did it work for you?
Someone on here told me about the oatmeal water diet. Google it!! I'm definitely gonna try it!!
high protein with lots of good fats. Lean proteins chicken, fish, eggs, beans etc... avocados and nuts. Oatmeal, barley, and brewers yeast for milk productions and lots of water based vegetables and fruits for high milk production and of course lots of water... more then what you drank during pregnancy
I've always done low carb but I'm nervous it'll make me not produce much.
