so i know i have to wait until my 6 week checkup to get the clear to workout but what are other things i can do to lose this baby weight? Ive already cut out fried/fast foods,soda and junk. Ive been drinking more water as well.

Be patient with yourself, eat plenty of fruits and veggies, lots of water, be consistent with workouts...strength training increases your metabolism and is an excellent way to shed pounds, walking, hill repeats with baby in the jogger, etc. Be patient, it takes time.

Get your sleep, look into a Paleo diet, but careful with cutting calories if you're nursing.
