Maybe have a water infection? Before i was pregnant i had one and i hurt like that x

i used to have this early on pre 20 weeks but i did have water infections constantly too like @safiamammy1 says x

I have this all the time! I have had constant water infections through my pregnancy x

I get this when I have a wee during the night when I'm full. Hurts a lot but eases as I get the the end of the wee. I have no infections xx
