I was 5 weeks when I found out I was pregnant. The er doctor said there was no heartbeat and told me I was having a threatened miscarriage. Is 5 weeks too soon to hear a heartbeat?
Hi I am into my 15 week now But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though What should i do i am very confused Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights
no heartbeat I just came to the dr to see the baby tomorrow id be 9 weeks no heart beat. Im in shock everyone is running around to schedule a dnc i cant move. I dont understand how this happened.
Has anyone’s baby had a high heartbeat and it was a boy? The baby’s heartbeat as 7 weeks was 140bpm, at 8 weeks 161bpm, and 11 weeks 166bpm. I’m convinced it’s a girl.
When should I expect to have my very first ultrasound and when will I be able to hear the heartbeat? 5 weeks and 3 days today.
Today we found out that my baby has no heartbeat. I am 7 weeks. I feel so lost.

Yeah thats kinda early to check. most obs dont even see u until 8 weeks so thats when they first check.

the er rushes everything. pregnant with my son i had the same symptoms and they couldn't "find the yolk" and my vaginal sono hurted soo bad. they told me i would be having a miscarriage soon. all they could tell me was i was 5weeks. 2 weeks later i went to my obgyn and my baby was perfect. heartbeat strong, and was growing just fine. i never put my faith in the emergency rooms.

I saw my baby's heartbeat at 6 weeks, but we couldn't hear it until my next appointment at 11 weeks.

Yes that's early. I'm 5w2d and only thing we saw was gestational sac and yolk sac I was told I will be able to see the heart beat in 2 more wks

I got an ultrasound at 5 weeks and couldn't even see the baby, just the sac.

my first appt was 5 weeks and he couldn't find one then either

@laceymashay, i was only 5 weeks when i had my first ob appointment nd she told me it was too early to see anything so when i go back at the end of this month i will be far enough to hear the heartbeat so yes thats a little early

No bleeding, just abdominal pain. The ultrasound tech told me that it was too soon to see anything and the doctor said otherwise. I just wanted to hear from somebody else. My first prenatal appointment is either this week or next week and I'll be 9 or 10 weeks by then. I know I'll get answers then, but I can't keep my mind off of it

My doctor didn't find one until I was 6 weeks, I went at 5 weeks and there was nothing

That's early. I was a little over 5 weeks when I went and they couldn't find one either.
