Labour story

So on Sunday I lost my bloody show, at asda 😂 was feeling uncomfy about 6 I started getting cramps.. Went for a LONG walk came home had a shower and sat down to watch a movie at 11 that's when the contractions started to kick in still a little irregular, went to hospital around 12 but when I was checked I wasn't in established labour I was 3cm :/ but still having dreadful contractions without any pain relief :( at half two I begged to be checked and I was 5cm so she started to fill the pool! I got in at 2:51am and started with gas and air! They then started coming very very soon and at 5:10am head was out 5:11am body was out! Weighing a whopping 9lb no stitches 🙏 just a few grazes and just on gas and air felt so proud of myself 😂💙 oh and midwife thought my waters had gone in the pool but just before head came out she realised they hadn't and rushed to break them herself!! :)
