Oh I'm glad I'm not the only one! I might have to get a support band and see if that helps where did you get it from?

Omg yes!!!! It's soooo sore! And it spasms! I literally look like an old lady! 😂 I'm in so much pain! I got a support band. It kinda helps? But not that great 😩 x
