Diet tablets and laxatives are dangerous. I wouldn't recommend abusing those!! Plus once you finish using them your metabolism will become lazy and you will gain weight again

Just eat healthy, smaller portions. It will soon come off. Do exercise just be careful with abs for now. Cardio is fine though and that will burn fat.

Yeah I want a healthy way to do it, I'm not bothered about getting rid of it quickly because I only gave birth 4 days ago just some useful tips and tricks to help me along the way :) @tg123456789 zxx

@chesscalouise2 thats a really dangerous thing to do when u need to stay healthy for baby just born..

Probably gonna sound like a lazy spoilt cow now but slimming tablets all the way you can get natural ones plus take laxatives it's the lazy probably not healthy way of getting skinny I went back down too 7 and a half stone and was in a belly top 3 weeks after giving birth to not a small baby @briony1994 x

just untill can exercise a bit more. xx

im going to try the bellefit pants. but with my son i dont know how i got rid of it? it just went but all i did was walk and walk constantly. xx
