I thought in VA it was October on down..my younger siblings bdays are Sept 20th & 21st & they started school "early" mines is in October & I was late..but idk.

I know in Maryland the cute off I believe is September 1 my youngest was born on September 24 and she won't be able to start preschool for another 2 years just because she was born a few weeks after the cut off date
