anyone have ideas on how up get my daughter to latch onto a paci smh! she'll only sooth off my boob & I'm going to be working again in 4 weeks

try giving it to her right after eating when she's still sucking

You might need to try a lot of different ones. typically the Avent green ones are the best but not always. I've heard mam ones are good
