I've gained about 8 lbs since my daughter was born 9 weeks ago...I wish I would have lost weight but we have had so many birthday parties with all these summer babies in our family, and I love cake too much 😩😂🐷
Healthy eating, portion control, moderate exercise, and if you drink sodas that's a big thing about weight, sodas suck when you wanna lose weight so try drinking as much water as possible and cut sodas out.

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
