Ok, that is encouraging to know it can work. I've tried the Mothers Milk Tea and had no luck. I want to avoid supplementing so I'm gonna try the yeast. I'll follow up when I see a change in my supply. Thanks again!

Cool thanks, I've been drinking lactation smoothies daily but that's the only ingredient I don't have, hopefully it helps
