Tips for dealing with contractions at home? Been a good 3 hours now they have been going on. Not frequent enough to go in though

breath.... I stayed home until I hit 6cm. All you can do is breath, get yourself mentally ready, and know that your almost there!!!!!
Hot shower pointed at your back, massage, or heating pad on your back. Nothing directly on your stomach of course.

if you get a massage make sure that they don't rub up your back. my husband got in trouble for that. lol
I turned on my favorite movie and walked around the house quoting it to everyone between contractions and going poo. lol everyone knew when a contraction happened because I could bend down when it came and smack whatever was closest to me as it left. lol
