I was told by lactation specialist at wic clinic that if you see baby's eyes rolling behind eyelids while asleep or they make sucking faces in their sleep to wake them up and feed them. That way baby isn't starving when they wake up and you can have a more flexible schedule with stuff you need to get done and your own sleep of course! Lol.
