I need some good birth controls. I'm to forgetful to take my pill. I don't want an IUD or the rod placed in my arm. What are some other good ones you've tried ??

I would love to get something put into my body for a long period of time but my doctors don't recommend it because of how weak @jacesterlingsmommy my immune system is, their scared it will reject the objects and I'll get really really sick.
How easy is it to insert that?? I'm always scared I would put it in wrong . @mamamj
Theres the patch, depo shot and nuvaring. I haven't tried any of those. I have an iud and love it but if I picked something else it would either be the one in your arm or nuvaring.

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
basically you just squeeze the ring together and insert it in the vagina and that is all. it doesn't require a specific spot, just where ever it settles in there. @abw711
