they didn't mention anything about two @raych did they say you had twins this early? and I have read up lots on it tbh so I'm quite pleased they have prescribed it to me as well. Every little helps! :D xx

@avanbillysmummy2016, I think it's supplements and some woman are prescribed it if they get early pregnancy bleeding but it has to be put up your bum...hahaha! xx

they said it could just be implantation bleeding @avanbillysmummy2016 but they have told me to keep an eye on it. They have also prescribed me progesterone or something like that xx

I do have a split in my uterus @suzie80 so maybe they have highlighted that I know they struggled to measure baby cause kept moving lol xx

If they didn't mention two then they have just highlighted two points of interest on the screen one is the embryo and the other could be a minor anomaly or previous bleed. I had one next to my baby at my first scan. Can also be cervix depends how they have angles it really
