Moms with boys. How did your son respond when the plastibell come off?

@nichole_lynn, I was changing my son and it was off in his diaper. I think I freaked out and in return he started crying

my sons came off in the bath, it was gross, but he didn't feel a single thing. he shouldn't be in pain or act any different.
