Mine always pops up between 135-150 but when I go into my appts it's always 156-160 .. It should sound faster then yours and if u get the placenta it will be a swish / beat u can pull it up on YouTube there is a guy that will show you the difference between all three ..

I can hear the thunk thunk of the baby but it doesn't register with the number.. is that normal at all? @10yearslater0205

Your baby is just probably poking up out of your pelvis shoot for under the belly button kinda low maybe two inches below right above your Pubic like , kinda angle it and press a tad harder ... If it's in the 120's it's usually your hb or placenta or umbilical cord .. Have fun ... Mine kept me sane since my placenta was anterior and I had a hard time feeling her some days
