Ok mommys very tmi but I am worried two days ago I had blood in my stool when again tonight diarrhea and there was more bleed and a small blood clot I'm very worried because for almost three week I have had lower back pain and abdominal cramping and pressure especially when I have a bowl movement I'm really tired all I want to do is sleep I have no energy what is wrong 😭😭😭😭😭😭
