I hate that pain it sucks so bad

Try to get in the hot as you can take it shower and put a washrag compresses on them to help get the milk to come out of them! Also helps to squeeze it out of them while in the shower!

massage it while youre in a hot shower.

I know ! I'm not nursing but every time I pump I'm like in tears @lucyyxoxo_

and the best thing for it is nursing or pumping which is hell aswell lol
