what do the doctors usually do when your amniotic fluid is low? I'll be 36 weeks tomorrow.

@jasmine98, I was gonna say the same pay close attention to kick counts and if they slow down call...

@jasmine98, just make sure that his movements don't decrease, if you notice him not moving as much call labor and delivery to be monitored.

he moves Okay for me, but he won't move when you want him too and especially not when the drs want him too. @10yearslater0205 & @ainsleighsmumma

@jasmine98, as long as the baby is moving at a normal rate, then you should be fine, just make an appointment for the earliest you can.

I called the on call Dr and he told me to call in the morning to get an appiontment and scan as soon as possible. he didn't say to go over to the hospital or anything. @ainsleighsmumma

@jasmine98, if your levels continue to drop it could really really harm the baby and the only option would be induction or emergency c section.

I didn't get the message until literally an hour ago, so I can't call till tomorrow to schedule. I don't actually go to the doctor till august 8th, but they wanted me to come in last Friday but I didn't know due to them calling the wrong number.

Were you able to reschedule? I was supposed to go in for biweekly ultrasounds but they're so booked I go weekly now. I'm 34 weeks Tuesday and I would just take it easy and drink lots of water.

do you think they'll want to induce me anytime soon? @ainsleighsmumma I really don't want to be induced it's a fear of mine.

@jasmine98, continue your bed rest, drink plenty of water and call your dr tomorrow and see what they want you to do from there.

well I was suppose to be on bed rest last Monday and go back in for a scan on Friday. but they called the wrong number and I didn't get the message till today.. @ainsleighsmumma

They'll keep monitoring it, and if it continues to decrease then they may induce you since you're already that far along.
