need help!!!! what would cause a very intensive pain to go from my pelvic bone all the way up to my sternum and bring me to my knees and make it really hard to breathe! the only thing that helps is to curl up in the fetal position!??? I'm really lost and scared as to what could be causing it! I've already had a bm so it's Not that I'm constipated!!!!

Hi I'm really needing some help with some questions I'm having about my pregnancy
So I need help, initially my plan for labor is to go in and have my child naturally no epidural, but I know myself and I am really bad with pain and can't really take it I don't want the epidural cause I'm scared of that needle going in my back. I really don't know what to do I'm only 19 weeks but time flies and May 31 will be here soon so I really need to make up my mind
