Have had lower back pain since last night idk what to do nothing helps???

It's contractions for sure I have a irritable uterus

@momma.of.2, I've had bad back pain since Wednesday. It's sharp and deadens my leg at night when I lay down. I have a horrible limp. Chiropractor did nothing for me, nurse told me I'll have it til I deliver. All I've done is ice and it rarely helps :(

Tried that all and still here

Hot shower, warm bath, rice sock, ice pack, exercise ball, tylenol, stretching...
