Mylicon works wonders with gas!! But yes that was our problem too. I would move his legs as if he was on a bicycle and rub his tummy in a downward motion, I found slight bouncing also helped, tummy times seemed to help quite a bit as well. If he hasn't gone in a week , call pediatrician and see what they say. Usually Lucas goes the day I really start freaking out and worrying.
