wic said if the one stays filled like this, she'll help me pump it, little does she know i can't get any out hand expressing... & warm washclothes are a joke, but hoping the shower trick will work the 2nd time around. i am very hopeful, even though i sound pessimistic. i try so hard... ugh

you could get a cheap manual pump for now.. use warm compress to help relieve pain.

have you try ed pumping or expressing the engorged side so baby can latch better.
