It look like a heat rash when my baby's neck used to get like this I would put diaper rash cream under there that real thick kind it's not a pretty sight but it will definitely clear it up it works on when they get that rash from teething under their bottom lip as well

@mommy_of_two1994, yes girl!!!! She would sweat bad... I would have to fan her under her neck lol. If they're sweat bumps, they'll go away fairly quick.

@baby_lillis, did your daughter sweat when she would sleep? i clean under my daughters neck after each feeding but im not sure if this is from sweating or if its acne. she doesnt have any skin irritation to laundry detergent because i use ALL sensitive free clear & no perfume smells.

it maybe milk.... when babies spit up make sure you clean under the beck good... after each feeding or spit up..it will clear right up
