I'm 40+2 weeks I was 1cm on Tuesday had a sweep and have been getting lots of period like cramps since. I thought my waters where trickling yesterday hospital checked and they weren't. still 1 cm dilated yesterday too.

Time them with a contraction timer and post it on here and ask. U are looking for a reasonable duration of discomfort regularly and consistent
had sex about 3 hours ago and having strong pains coming and going. how will I know this is the real thing because I don't want to go to the hospital again for a false alarm xx

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
