Okay so I'm in like a mom group on Twitter (it's where 99% of my friends are, sadly) and I'm seeing people who's babies are 3-4mos already starting to sleep through the night. Maybe not the whole night, but like from 10-4. How does this happen lol. Hooooow do you go about getting baby on a schedule? When do they no longer need a bottle every 2 or 3 hours? Bc that sounds amazing rn lol. It seems like it's never gonna happen for us. 😩 I know she's still tiny but it just seems so far away!

My son is 2 months old and I'm still trying. You'll start to see a pattern. I've just recently noticed he likes to go down to bed at 830/930pm. He will usually stay asleep until 2/3am. The first time he falls asleep is when he is asleep the longest. Then after that it's hit or miss. Some nights it's every 2 hours after that, some it's 3 or 4 hours. It's rough but they gotta start somewhere. I kind of let him make his own schedule. I realized that he also likes to nap at noon/1pm for a few hours. I started by taking notes of when he eats and naps and try to form some sort of schedule around that. It isn't easy but it gets better every week.
