sharp period pain starting from around my belly button maybe a little higher going down to my area.. what is that?

Round ligament pain. Most likely because the baby is dropping and getting in position to come out. That's what happened too me.

Could also be "lightening" - if your baby is head down it can cause that sensation into your vagina. Super fun :/
