Ladies I need help!!! So it's about time to start washing the baby's clothes and putting them up for her! What do y'all recommend I wash the clothes in cause I'm clueless
@mmy2be, you're welcome. Ivory Snow doesn't wash as many loads only 16 but it smells good, I've never bought Dreft idk what it smells like..but I'm gonna buy some soon just to see. Wish i could was her xlotgea with my Gain Lavender...I only use Gain for my other kids and my laundry
I use dreft and purex, but as long as it is scent free, you can use tide free and clear, and they also have an All brand that I have used. But I personally love love love the smell of Dreft.
I got the All brand free and clear and now I just use regular detergent
I heard the tide sensitive wash no scent was good I'm gonna try it too
I'm wondering this as well but I grew up using All so I think I'm gonna stick with that. Plus I'm allergic to perfumes and dyes in detergents so it makes it even easier just to use what I know! Especially if my little man has my allergy too.
Honestly, we just wash her clothes in the same detergent we use, minus the scent boosters. She's up against us and our clothing constantly anyway, I see it as a waste of $ to buy special detergent. It hasn't had any effect on her, or her brother who has eczema.
I use purex free and clear. No dyes, no scent. I use it for my whole family already because my husband and one of my boys has sensitive skin to other detergents. It's about $3 for 54 loads
I'm using All Baby, it's a lot more reasonably priced than Dreft.
Dreft is the best!!😍😍😍💖💕💖👌🏼👌🏼 I love using it and the way the clothes come out, baby fresh!! Lol.
@expectingz @godsjoi @britt16 @heera ok dreft it is I guess cause idk
Baby Safe Laundry Soaps are Dreft, Ivory Snow, and Baby Purex....Draft is the most expensive..if you can find the other 2 kinds they are cheapest..under $5
baby purex, dreft, anything perfume and dye free like tide ect.
Probably a cray question to ask, but when did y’all start to wash your newborns clothes and putting them away? Like I’ve been getting clothes since I found out what I was having but I haven’t taken off tags yet or washed anything. I’m 30 weeks. It’s crazy because with my other 3 kids I didn’t really wash a lot of their stuff at first (got lazy) ALSO what laundry detergent did you use if you didn’t use Dreft? Because i saw Pyrex for Baby an didn’t know if anyone tried it??
Question....is everyone washing their baby's clothes before? I want to but worry it will all shrink in the wash🙈what's everyone's opinions and thoughts?!☺️

Can't wait to wash my baby girl's clothes etc tomorrow!😍
I bought Dreft. Is dreft good!?
Okay so I know I should wash all her clothes and I have most of them washed, up until 6 months. should I be washing all socks, mittens, towels, burp cloths, blankets, wash cloths, etc.?
I used All clean and clear. dye and fragrance free
