I made something like that in a muffin pan the other day and froze most of them. I just pop them in the microwave for like 1 1/2 mins and they're awesome!

I've had it before and it's really good! I use the diced ham and I use the cubed potato hash browns. And I also cut up the bacon into smaller pieces! You can also put in peppers but my kids don't like them so I usually leave them out. :) @jesjeslovesyou
