Alright ladies gross question alert so if you are queasy skip past this post. Please give me honest answers and opinions i am very clueless about certain things. Okay so your cervix is that little opening sometimes really high where you cant feel it and sometimes lower that feels like the tip of your nose, correct??? Okay so if it is very lower to the point of only having to put my finger tip to my first knuckle inside of me before i can feel it, AND i can push my first finger through the opening, what does that mean? I have never been checked for dialation or anything at my doctor appt. and im going to be 39 weeks tomorrow. Is it a good thing that i can feel that? Does it mean im dialating and labor should be coming around my due date? Or am i just being weird and confusing everyone? Anything would be greatly appreciated and im sorry if that was a little too in-depth. thanks in advance!!!

You're dilated to a 1. but you really shouldn't be checking dilation yourself with risk of infection.
i just switched 3 weeks ago to a different hospital and im measuring small so they havent checked me yet
That's odd that they've never checked you. Mine checks every time I go.
See your doctor to check dilation. OB's and those in the medical field do it best.

After giving birth 8m ago I realized my hands and fingers and palms are always feeling weak and hurt and I cant open a can with a can opener they feel mushy and stiff and I cant hold a fist without pain why ? Is this supposed to go away ?

But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less
Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though

Each finger you can fit in the opening is a cm dilated bit showersoverflowers is right, I'd be very very careful, once dilated the risk of infection goes up also the risk of rupturing your bag of waters.
