At my hospital the babies had to be at least 4lbs to leave. As long as your baby is born close to 4lbs 11oz and doesn't drop below that when he loses weight right after birth then and he's healthy he should go home quickly ☺️

You're welcome if you want to talk I'm here :) I didn't know in advance id have him. Just went to the hospital and they said "you're having a csection in the next hour"

Ok good! He was 4 lbs 11oz last week! So that gives me hope! Thanx for sharing @rockysmommy

It went well. Rocky had some minor breathing problems keeping his oxygen levels up on his own and didn't weigh enough. I had a csection on a Sunday and discharged Tuesday but we roomed in until the next Sunday because he had to gain weight. Usually babies born at 34 weeks can be some fighters :) you're baby will probably be a fighter too. I was a mess seeing him so small but I just talked to a woman who had her baby five weeks early and he was 8lbs 12oz! If you have a baby that's healthy and bigger than four pounds you probably won't be there very long.

How did everything go for you @rockysmommy ? How long did you have to stay after delivering your baby?

yea but whatever ur religion is. u need to pray. and tht is early so have faith n God he will work it out 4 u. i cant imagine how u feel but i can listen and offer advice 4 u. @towens921

Yea sorta lucky @jasmommy ! I have Preeclampsia so he has to be delivered by 34weeks. Didn't want him to come that early but for our health he has to. I'm so nervous!
