My boobs are so full, I have to get some of the milk out before she feeds and they're STILL engorged. How can I completely relieve myself of boobs the size of my head and hard as a rock?? (while still having milk for her lol)

thank you @sarahdrew I've been expressing some into a container before she eats just to make enough room for my nipple to go in her mouth.
you may have to pump mama, but pump after nursing, or if she goes over 2 hours between feeds (I used to nurse and an hour later pump).... sounds like you may have an over supply? you can always freeze it, months in a freezer that's with the fridge and 12 months in a deep freezer
Hahaha yea she's so little right now too you could prolly pump a good amount out and she'll still be good when she wakes up :) I creeped on your page... she is sooooo precious! 😍

I'd take a warm damp towel over them and hand express until you get some relief. that always helped me. or pump just a Lil bit out of each. there will Def be enough for baby I promise! just don't empty them only like enough to Give you some relief
