How long does it take for your belly to go back down to "normal" after giving birth? Lol..

@mrsthig, I haven't breastfed since the time I tried :/. I will today though. It's driving me crazy not being able to. She just wasn't latching on. So I'm formula feeding and breastfeeding.

Oh! Supplementing isn't bad! Is she latching better now?

Have you tried a nipple shield for breastfeeding? It made a huge difference for me.

@lexirosex3, my baby wasn't latching on also, till now he still has trouble, he would cry and cry and i will get frustrated and stop...what helps is squeezing the nipple and with a few drops of milk, rub it unto baby's nose, and the sides of the mouth.

Drink lots of milk, keep hydrated, take a warm cloth and rest it unto the boobs and i've heard that letting husband or boyfriend suck on them first will help the flow@lexirosex3

It's just a thin plastic shaped like a nipple that goes over yours that just helps them to latch on better.
