Put cabbage leafs in your bra it sounds weird but it works lol
Wear a super tight sports bra. Like, a size too small. It worked for me. The milk only came into one breast, and was done producing when my daughter was born.

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
