so I did the deed around 12.30. been getting really mild cramps and dull ache in my back since. can't seem to fall asleep. has anyone else had this? is it normal?

@winterbaby95, my waters haven't broken just these cramps. I've not had a show either. I got told by my midwife some people don't get any signs and their waters break when in active labour. fingers crossed this is start of something ia
