Ladies BH do not cause pain! They are practice contractions ! If you are having pain while contracting they are trueβ¦
Ladies BH do not cause pain! They are practice contractions ! If you are having pain while contracting they are true contractions and yes you can have spontaneous contractions that go away with rest and hydration but if they last longer than a half an hour it's always best to go get checked out !
