Did you stop cold turkey? I was barley getting 1-2oz when I fed or pumped and it was stressing me out so I decided not to have it run my life by getting upset and just completely stopped. Granted I wasn't the best on pumping 4 times a day barley had the time to do it once a day and she was never full after I tired to nurse her.. Just wanna know what I should prepare for

It took two whole week for my supply to dry up and it hurt for like a week
