so I read somewhere doing 300 squats a day really helps bring on labour. I got to 30 and realised this is too tiring. may as well just wait for baby whenever he's ready 😆😂
I used to do 50-100 a day before pregnancy. But now I've stopped lol
@emmaelaine, it's impossible lol.i can just manage 50 a day still my legs be in agony. never mind 300
Unfortunately I went over. 40 +2 I went into labour and had him 40+4 but only started the squats a week before xx
yh I do them daily nw @stacey804 but no luck with losing plus or anything yet. how far were you when you went into labourm
I done squats! It helped me I'm positive on it! Everytime I done them I lost more plug and my contractions more intense xx
@syrennajade, I find Nipple stimulation irritating. at moment I don't even want my OH near me so can't try sex either. feel so fat n pregnant awful feeling. can't wait til it's over

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
@emmaelaine, so did I, I feel so sad I can't push myself to that much anymore. can't wait to get back into my normal fitness routine. my midwife told me takes upto year to get body back to normal. so not looking forward to that
