Almost POSITIVE my issue of being in pain is trapped gas. I have a pain med that I won't take often and 800 2mg of ibuprofen. What on earth will get rid of gas besides walking, I'm in pain and really don't wanna hear that please help me

some one who had her tubs tied said laying on your left side should help
I bend all the way down to the ground in a squatting motion and actually try and let it out. It works for me. It might take a few times but it helps. My mom told me this and I thought she was crazy but it works. I get painful gas too. Sorry you're hurting!
I said gas x, heating pad, a bit of soda.....those are some things that helped me

I hate timing contractions its so hard its either a mix between tighting then gas pain then just pain

Someone give me some options on what to do for severe constipation I drink a big glass of prune juice and still having gas pain :(
That's great! It's crazy how smart these babies are ! And ya it's a tough recovery just take it easy girl I had over did it and it was painful !!
