It's cheaper than a bullet and that way you know what's in the food for sure.

I use a food processor and store the food in ice cube trays and freeze them . (They make 1oz portions) then I just pop them out how ever many I need.

Avocado, toast with jelly(small pieces, lightly toasted lol), rice, potatoes, beans, fruit, noodles, Cheerios, eggs(fully cooked of course), I also buy frozen peas and carrots and cook them til they are soft and they just mash in his mouth. I just recently started feeding him tiny pieces of shredded chicken cause I'm weird about meat lol. He eats pretty much whatever I'm eating as long as it's not like crunchy or spicy.

My LO does that. He is always grabbing the spoon from me. That's a sign that he might be ready to try and feed himself! You should look it up😊 Its messy though lol I just give him pieces of stuff and he feeds himself til he's done

That was my original plan, I returned the baby bullet already though. I could go back and buy it again but he was liking the Beechnut for a while @carterclaytonb

Elliot tries to feed himself all the time! He always grabs the spoon from me. We stopped feeding him the food for about a week so we could get him to take the bottle more, and now that we reintroduced it, he wants nothing to do with it! @mommy_faith

You could always make your own. That's what I do for the most part. We just use the Pouches on the go.

You should try baby led weaning 😊 he might be over the baby food. My son is 8, almost 9 months and won't eat it anymore! He wants to feed himself and be more independent lol we've switched to baby led weaning and he loves it!

We have some squeeze pouches of plum organics in the cabinet, I haven't tried them yet. My goal was to go organic, I just want to get something he likes though @carterclaytonb

There's an organic brand called Ella's kitchen that's good I also like plum organics.

Hmm I might have to pick up some Gerber cups and see if he likes them. He likes Gerber bananas, but lately hasn't been wanting to eat anything but his bottle. His other bottom tooth has cut through so I'm sure he's hurting. The spoons are soft so idk😕 @mrsmccormick @jenni523 @victoria-ashley
