my feet and hands keep tingling! like they are about to fall asleep and my cafes feels really tight but my feet look fine. My caves look so pale..but it's just that part of my legs..anyone know why I'm feeling this and how do I get it to stop? if I put my legs on the chair it makes them tingle but I feel like if I put them on he ground they stop.

OK Ladies , My Pubic Bone Or Whatever This Hard Part is in my vagina is hurting like hell it feels like I broke a bone or something , when I walk feels like my legs will collapse I can't lift my legs , close them . open them basically everything hurts like hell like if been kicked in the vagina .... is this normal ???

any other mamas feel extreme tightness in their legs? fills like my legs and feet are filled with fluid, theyre like hard, im like filled to the max with water weight i think 😦😰
This is my first pregnancy with a lot of complications. I have problems with my blood pressure and severe pains. I have a doctor appointment in the morning and my foot is super swollen to the point it looks like it's going to bust. I don't know what they usually do with feet that look like it's bout to bust and high blood pressure together. I will be 34wks and 4days tomorrow I really don't won't him to come early but I also don't won't to put him in danger either.

my legs tingle sometimes.... i elevate them and they feel better. I heard compression tights are good too.

not much you can do for sciatica tho just try exercising and warm baths and compression socks

sounds like sciatica mine go numb and hurt all the time your hands could be going numb because of poor circulation try massaging them or getting them warm
