@mommy_of_02, exactly, pretty much everything has sugar and I see tons of girls eating raven noodles, the amount of sodium in one package of those is crazy! I'll take my chances with soda :)
my doctor told me it was the sugar and sodium tht was bad so your supposed to drink double the amount of water that you do soda... lol but who knows
I drink a lot of non caffeine soda too. Majority of foods have sugar in it regardless
I don't drink soda all the time. mainly: water, juice, kool aid, and some soda mainly clear kind
