mommies I need help. so after the betrayal I suffered I went into depression..still kinda am. it's been 2 weeks and I'm not producing as much anymore. honestly I do think this has a lot to do with all that has been going on. when I found out about the betrayal I cried for like 3 days in a row and didn't eat. not because I didn't want to but because I was just so sad. now I'm trying to fix myself get myself back to normal. what can I do to produce more breast milk? this is the first time I'm having this issue

@d_judy, fenugreek works, on the herbal section of any store (where the vitamins are) Lost of oats. My baby eats and I pump 15-18oz a day.
fenugreek? where can I get it? I don't mind smelling like maple syrup lol
Lots of water, green leafy veggies. You can even try a supplement like fenugreek, which works great but kinda makes you smell like maple syrup 24/7

Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?

Sooooo Athena has to have the surgery 😥😥😥😥 I've been bawling I'm a mess ! I can't believe this is happening to my poor child ! Why ? What did I do that caused this ? I'm seriously on my knees bawling ! As much as I tried to prepare myself, I wasn't ready to hear those words . In 3 months she will have her cranial surgery & I pray to God she has a easy & speedy recovery ! Please pray for my baby ladies ! She really needs them !
So Dr has sent me in to do labs because I mentioned to him how itchy I’ve been these last couple of days. Any other moms gone through this before? He mentioned if something came up in my blood we’d have to do my section sooner than what it is scheduled for.
