Anyone else suffering from extreme trapped wind between your ribs??? I'm in agony!! 😩😩😩😩😩😩

I just can't shift it, every time I move its like a sharp stabbing pain. Currently sat propped up with a hot water bottle hoping the heat will help :( @donzi.harri dx

I know it sounds silly try lying flat!! I suffered and I found it really helped or give your tummy a massage it does help. xxx

I can't stand gaviscon but I've had a couple Rennies over the last few hours and it's not helped. I've been suffering with trapped wind and heartburn so much recently. If my baby doesn't have a head full of hair I'll be very shocked! And slightly pissed off! 😂😂 haha xx

lol I had terrible heart burn with my second he had loads of hair... no heartburn with no 3 and he had even more hair... odd... hope it gets netter soon xx

Still struggling with it unfortunately! I'm currently in the bath to see if that eases it. Can't believe how painful it is! 😫 @donzi.harri xx

it's hideous hun... I had it really bad around 25 weeks... I honestly thought I was in labour... try some bouncing up and down, might just budge the trapped air. xx
