My son came home and told me that a little boy had his hands down another little boys pants on the bus. I let the bus driver know. I don't know the kid because my kids are the first stop. So then my son tells me that the same boy is running up sneaking kisses from kids on the bus. I told him if the little boy tries to touch him or kiss him or his sister punch him in the face and dad says no you tell somebody. I say yeah punch and then explain why you punched him. Dad looks at me sideways. I don't care, it's not cute. So dad is on his way up to the school this morning to talk to someone and the bus driver. Am I wrong, what would you do?

Nope especially if you have already told the bus driver and nothing was done. You have every right to explain to your child that no one touches him down there or anywhere else or his sister. If the little boy tries something I would hit him too then explain to an adult that he trying to touch me in an inappropriate way
they have cameras on buses so when your husband goes up there he can request that the footage be pulled and for this to be addressed.
