I started taking 2-3 orally about a week-week & a half ago then tonight inserted 2 vaginally & have been cramping on & off and just lost tiny pieces of my mucus plug! We'll see what the dr says at my apt in the morning! And the foot rubbing looks amazing! @septbaby2016
