What is yalls take on menstrual like cramps that get worse while sitting and walking? I've tried everything i can think of to help feel more comfortable and ease the pain but nothing is working. I am laying on my side now and I'm slowly drinking ice water but it's still so crampy and uncomfortable😞😞😞

P.S. TMI but went to bathroom earlier to pee and had several large chunks of mucus type stuff...like hard looking chunks? not what I'm used to.....

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
you think? this isn't my first child but I have never ever been able to go on my own. I've always been Induced and my dr cleared me to us epo and since I started using it this is happening?? @lunden_hope
