How long after delivery do you stop being swollen and horrible down there/ in general??.. 😩😳

about 1.5/2 weeks for me

@jacesterlingsmommy, I feel horrible and my legs are swollen, my ass hurts and my vagina, I can't even stand up straight or walk right or even get up out of the bed. I gave birth yesterday. I wasn't swollen before giving birth 🤔😒

I wasn't swollen at all either until I left the hospital. It's all the iv fluids they give you. Don't worry it does get better. Some days it will be more sore and some days it doesn't hurt at all. I was very slow walking anywhere. It's all normal mama. Just give it time to heal.

Sitz baths really help. Make sure you do a few a day. They helped me get relief.

@ajsmommy7, girl I tore a little on my vagina not a lot though I didn't tear in the back but it still hurts 😟😟😟 I'm like ugh I thought it would be so much better vaginal birth lol I'm in pain 🙄 but my daughter is a blessing and my heart.💖

Yes ma'am it did! I had a 3rd degree tear though too so that played a huge part. I probably would have healed faster if I would have stayed home. I had to go shopping like 2 days after I had him.

I had stitches also. Mine dissolved at about 2 weeks. I was over doing it though when I got home by cooking and cleaning and being out too much. My bleeding was pretty heavy for a week or so.

I was fine the third day. Went to a graduation party right after I was released! 😄

Did you go natural or epidural?

Im just starting to feel better and I had him a week ago Monday , the only thing that really bothers me is my stitches so my butt hurts sometimes
