I'm formula feeding, how much does a newborn usually eat in one setting?

Ask your nurses. Are you at Oaklawn or Battle Creek? Every baby is different but my son was eating 1.5-2oz every 2 hours or so when he was born.

Thanks! He is eating like anything from 1/2 ounce to 2 ounces and at random times. I breast fed my first baby but had mastitis so bad I had to have surgery so now I am formula feeding

depends on the newborn and what they want to eat. honestly most babies are different. yoy cant stop feeding them if they are still hungry

My son ate like 1.5-2oz every 2 hours when he was a newborn newborn like, a few weeks old. Then when he hit a month he was eating 3-4oz every 2 hours.
